Hey. When I heard that a mesmer could solo upto three aatxes's i was overjoyed. I didn't need to spend an hour lfg'ing, I could do it myself. As I understand it the build is as follows...

Domination magic: 15
Illusion Magic: 12
Inspiration Magic: 11

what ever is left in fast casting.

Signet of Midnight
Epidemic
Phantom Pain
Empathy
Chaos Storm
Wastrels Worry

The way the build works is complicated but basically the idea is to minimise your chance of being hit more than twice to about 3% by using spirit, distortion, signet of midnight, and epidemic (assuming no hit is critical u survive). Then using the other skills to do the requisite dmg (3 times 1400 = 4200).

I can kill one aatxe easily; have killed two once; and get slaughtered by three. The problem is that the casting time of epidemic throws it out of sink with signet of midnight, leaving a crucial 1-2 sec gap before it can be recast, in which time three aatxes always kill me.

People say they have soloed three aatxes; I have seen no video of it; so can it really be done?

Btw; i know you can clear the chamber in uw without having to face three aatxes, but the build was sold as having a 97% success rate (if done properly) on three. Just wanted to know if anyone has done it, and if so, how did they keep signet and epidemic in sync.

Why not cast distortion + som + distortion + epidemic + spirit of failure, then pp and empathy?
